At The Scent Reserve, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey. If a scent isn't the perfect match, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original, unopened condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the product in its original luxury packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring all previous barcodes are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
